HOW BRC and R+ crossed paths
The connection between Rothmans Engineering (R+E) and BRC happened by chance.
Javi Villa, an exceptional driver, supported us selflessly when we were developing our first electric kart kits.
After seeing the MRS eKart steering wheel we had built, he encouraged us to create custom wheels for racing cars.
He also introduced us to Jesús Bango.
That connection led to the development of the MRSformula wheel, later installed in the BRC59.
With that car, Villa and BRC went on to win another Spanish championship.
